Operating instructions for the vacuum molding machine are as follows: first, pull up the drawbar and place the trimmed plaster model on the vacuum net. Then, put the film in the sandwich and tighten the fixing screw knob. Next, turn on the heating switch to observe the softness of the film and wait until it is heated evenly. Press the lever down so that the heated soft film covers the plaster model. Turn off the heating switch, then turn on the vacuum switch and vacuum for 10-15 seconds to mold the braces. Mark the outside of the film according to the gingival margin, and once the film cools down, use scissors or abrasive pads to trim away the excess film.
