Please add oil before using a new machine. Please make sure the ratio of Gasoline: Oil = 35:1. Please DO use special oil for a 2-stroke motor. Add about 12oz of oil. The new machine run-in period: 8-10 hours to replace the oil; after the run-in period: 30 hours to change the oil. Do not start-up outboards on the shore.
